CREATIVE CLINICAL SUPERVISION

Clinical supervision is an excellent way to support professionals who hold
the emotional, behavioural or relational needs of others.

Working with children and young people can be challenging. Professionals working with children are often faced with complex behaviours, emotional distress, trauma and high-pressure environments. Without sufficient time and space to make sense of these experiences, burnout can become a reality.

Clinical supervision provides a safe and non-judgemental space to reflect on your work, regulate and develop your skills.

Creative clinical supervision combines traditional reflective conversation with creative tools such as imagery, metaphor, objects, drawing, or sandtray work. These approaches can help you access thoughts, feelings, and insights that are often harder to reach through discussion alone. It is not about being artistic — it is about creating space to think, reflect, process, and feel more resourced in your role.
